Tengku Intan Tengku Othman

Founder and CEO
The founder and CEO of Qaaf, she has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of IT Helpdesk, IT Operation , IT Service Management, and Consultancy.
 
Passionate in  implementing effective operation management,  she holds a Master of Computer Science from UK; Certified ITIL Service Management/ Incident Management/ Service Desk Practitioner and a Certified Trainer.

Azlina Sahar

Partner Consultant – IT Solutions
Wtih more more than 19 years of experience in the area of application development and system development lifecycle and has been involved in more than 30 application development projects, for both vendor and end-user environment.
 
She holds a Bachelor in Computer Science and a member of International Association of Software Architects (IASA) and Project Management Institute (PMI).

Elsie Low

Partner Consultant – IT Service Management
With more than 20 years’ work experience in the field of Services and Operational Management. She specialises in IT Service Management and Business Process Outsourcing within the IT, Business Services and Outsourcing Markets. She is a subject matter expert in IT Service Desk, Service Delivery Management, Process Standardisation, Continual Service Improvement and also Service Transformation Operations.

M. Sidique A. Hamid

Partner Business Coach
With more than 22 years’ work experience in the areas of project management, business operations and corporate function. He specializes in various capacities from starting-up new business, executing large scale projects, managing operations & operating business, and heading corporate divisions providing corporate level oversight & governance.
 
Certified Coaching & Mentoring Professional; Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT; Certified Trait Assessor (Personality & Competency); a member of IT Governance Institute (ITGI) and attended & graduated from the Senior Management Program of INSEAD Business School.

Hassan Zarikah

Consultant – Change Management
With more than 20 year’s experience in the field of Business Analysis, ERP Change Management,  ERP Service Managegment, Project Management, Budgeting, Contract Management, Information Risk Management, Business Continuity Management.
 
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management Iowa State University, United States majoring in Operations Management.
